After being quoted a ridicules price for a simple repair by my usual jeweller I looked elsewhere, Swiss wrist watches made a quote over the phone at a very reasonable and sensible price. The repair was first class and the watch returned as promised by Royal Mail special delivery. I cannot praise Swiss Wrist Watches enough and would not hesitate to recommend the repair service to anyone.
